It was established in the year 2021 by Dr. Felicia Yeboah Denteh, a trained epidemiologist with great culinary skills and a strong passion for authentic traditional cooking. The Doctor’s Menu aims to offer healthy authentic Ghanaian products, cuisines, and African groceries to our diverse health conscious customers all around the world.
